Currently, we target opportunities in expanding metropolitan areas and urban hubs, including Atlanta, Chicago, Orlando, Denver, Raleigh and others. We seek to acquire fully stabilized A and B rated properties in high-growth metropolitan areas with positive net-migration and demographic trends. Thoughtful, rigorous reviews produce chosen assets which possess highly-valued property amenities, close proximity to major highways, entertainment venues, top-rated educational facilities, and medical care.
